Our Sales Process
We’ve designed a clear and client-focused sales process to ensure your renovation journey is smooth, efficient, and stress-free
- Consultation by Phone: Start with a no-obligation phone consultation to discuss your project goals, vision, and requirements. This allows us to understand your needs and provide initial insights before moving forward.
- On-Site Professional Estimates:
- For a more detailed assessment, we visit the job site to evaluate the space and gather essential details.
- For projects valued up to C$20,000, a flat fee of C$300 applies.
- For projects over C$20,000, the estimate fee is 1.5% of the total project value.
- The estimate fee is reimbursed through scheduled project payments if the project proceeds. However, if the client cancels or decides not to proceed, the estimate fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time and expertise invested.
- Approval: After reviewing the detailed estimate, clients approve the terms, allowing us to finalize the project plan.
- Project Scheduling: Once approved, we schedule the project timeline, financial plan, and logistics, ensuring everything is prepared for a smooth start.
- Project Kickoff: Our professional team begins work with consistent updates and open communication throughout the process.
- Completion and Review: Upon project completion, we thoroughly review the results to ensure they exceed your expectations and meet our high standards.
